REFUND POLICY



All subscription charges are final and there will be no refund after renewal. You are solely responsible for the rechage amount of your Internet subscription. If the renewal is not take place within 24 hours of payment then you can contact us/our support center thourgh email on info@saptranet.in or by any suitable channel to renew the subscription. In any scenario where renewal of subscription will not take place due to unavailability you will be entitled to a full refund. Please furnish complete subscription details as per CAF to verify the same like – registered mobile number, User ID, Amount, Date of Transaction and Order Number. Saptranet team will investigate the same and if find that money was charged and service was not provided then your money will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.

Refund :
For any query/concern related to refund please contact info@saptranet.in. Amount will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. Processing of refunds will take 7 to 10 working days. Your bank may debit its charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account
